🎯 Role Summary
The General Manager will provide strategic leadership, oversee daily operations, and support the growth and sustainability of CMCA.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and implement CMCA’s strategic plan
- Coordinate the organization of community programs and events
- Manage volunteers and operations
- Support fundraising and grant applications
- Build partnerships and stakeholder relationships
- Ensure compliance with non-profit governance
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Leadership or management experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Passion for community development
- Ability to work with diverse community members
- Non-profit or fundraising experience is an asset
Nice to have
- Experience in writing online content
- Additional languages
- Google Adwords experience
- Non-profit or fundraising experience is an asset
