CALGARY MONGOLIAN COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION (CMCA) — MEMBERSHIP TERMS OF SALE

Registered community organization, Calgary, Alberta, Canada | Effective June 2026

MEMBERSHIP LEVELS & ANNUAL FEES

• Individual Membership — $20.00 CAD per year (one adult, renewed annually)

• Supporting Membership — $50 / $80 / $100 CAD per year (choose your contribution level)

PAYMENT

Full payment is required at the time of registration. Membership is activated upon confirmed payment. All fees are in Canadian dollars (CAD).

MEMBERSHIP PERIOD

Memberships are valid for one (1) year from the date of registration. Memberships do not renew automatically. It is the member's responsibility to renew before expiry.

REFUNDS

Membership fees are non-refundable once activated. Exceptions may be considered for duplicate payments or administrative errors. To request a review, email cmca2026@gmail.com within 14 days of payment.

MEMBER CONDUCT

By registering, you agree to provide accurate information and to conduct yourself respectfully at all CMCA events and communications. CMCA reserves the right to terminate a membership for conduct detrimental to the organization or its members.

PRIVACY

Personal information is collected and handled in accordance with Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and CMCA's Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your information with third parties without consent.
