Why Support CMCA?
CMCA is a volunteer-run non-profit serving the Calgary Mongolian community. We were formally founded in March 2026 with 75 founding members and five elected board members.
Every dollar contributed goes directly to community programs — there are no hidden administration fees at this stage.
Your contribution supports:

Newcomer settlement services
Helping new Mongolian families navigate housing, schools, and government services.
Youth programs
after-school tutoring, language classes, and leadership development for children and teens.

Important Notice — Tax Receipts Not Yet Available
⚠️ CMCA cannot issue charitable tax receipts at this time.
CMCA was formally established in March 2026 and has applied for registered charitable status with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA). Until CRA grants that status — a process that typically takes 6–18 months — contributions are not tax-deductible and no tax receipt will be issued.
Your contribution is a voluntary community investment, not a tax-deductible charitable donation. We want you to know this clearly before you give. We will update this page and notify all members by email as soon as charitable status is granted.
Monthly Contributions
Monthly contributions can be cancelled at any time by:
- Emailing cmca2026@gmail.com
- Logging into your member portal at cmca.odoo.com/my-membership
Cancellation takes effect before the next scheduled charge. CMCA will confirm cancellation by email.
Refund Policy
Contributions are non-refundable except in the case of a verified payment processing error — for example, a duplicate charge or an amount different from what you authorized.
If you believe an error occurred, contact cmca2026@gmail.com within 30 days of the transaction with your transaction reference number. Refunds for other circumstances are at CMCA's sole discretion.
CMCA is not obligated to refund a contribution because a contributor has changed their mind.
