Every leader has a unique journey. At Calgary Mongolian Community Association, our program is all about helping you discover your strengths and build confidence in your own way. What You'll Do
Our mentors are passionate Mongolian Canadians who know what it’s like to be in your shoes.
You’ll take part in hands-on workshops, group projects, and real-life challenges that are fun, helpful, and designed just for your age group.
Grow Your Potential
Our Youth Leadership Program helps you get ready for life after high school—whether that’s college, university, or exploring different careers. You’ll gain skills in communication, teamwork, and problem-solving, plus get the chance to connect with inspiring mentors.

This program is run in collaboration with the Calgary Mongolian Youth Association within CMCA. Together, we give young people the tools they need to succeed — as Canadians and as Mongolians
